Return Policy
At Armstrong Nautical, LLC, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our marine products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all components, hardware, and documentation included.
- Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
- Contact Us
Email us at sales@armstrongnautical.com or call 772-286-7204 to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returns without an RGA number may be refused.
- Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, and clearly write the RGA number clearly on the outside of the package. The returned product must be postmarked within 15 days or the RGA will expire.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
- For exchanges, please follow the return process above, and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built or special-order products
- Used or installed items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Clearance items and Overstock Brackets
